Shipping costs
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are € 6.55. For orders over € 80, the shipping costs are free.
Shipping costs within the EU are € 10.00. For orders over € 100, the shipping costs are free.
Outside the EU, the shipping costs are on request.
Delivery
We strive to ship orders within 3 to 5 working days, unless stated otherwise. Have you ordered a product that is out of stock? This will take 5 to 10 working days, as the product must be specially made.
If one product is available within an order and the other product(s) is not, the entire order will be shipped when all products are ready for shipment.
Delays
Lammers&Lammers is not responsible for delay, malfunction or strike from the postal company that sent the package.
Returns
If your order does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days after receiving the product(s) to return the order undamaged.
Porcelain is a fragile material, it is important to pack it well. The risk of the return shipment lies with the consumer during transport. The costs for the return are for the buyer.
When your return has been received by Lammers&Lammers in good order, the purchased amount will be transferred to your account within 7 days.
Order damaged during transport? If your order is damaged during transport, please contact Lammers&Lammers within 48 hours, by sending an email to info@lammerenlammers.nl. Please mention your order number, name and photos of the damage.
Guarantee
The warranty is 12 months. This can only be claimed under normal circumstances.
Products with gold luster are not suitable for the dishwasher. If this is done, this is not covered by the warranty.
Products are not suitable for outdoor installation, if this does happen, this is not covered by the warranty.
